Founded in 2021, by architect Alexandros Socrates Kraniotis and Electrical Engineer Georgios Andrianos, we specialize in residential and hospitality projects of varying scale and ambition. Our team is composed of individuals of many backgrounds and expertise, with a rich architectural vocabulary and experience in construction. We strive to see our work evolve through all stages of development from concept to realization. Our goals are ambitious and our work ethic passionate.

We approach every project individually in an effort to produce unique solutions through an architecture rooted in site and functionality. To us form and structure should be built to last, to allow space to be fluid and everchanging. In a world of increasing built in obsolescence, our admiration for the vernacular and authentic time-tested methods of construction in each region, combined with the innovation and comforts of the 21st century, allows us to create long lasting built environments constantly shaped by their inhabitants.
Alexandros Socrates Kraniotis
Alexandros Socrates Kraniotis is an architect of Greek decent, born in Canada and raised in Argentina, Greece, the Netherlands and Portugal. He studied architecture in the United Kingdom where he obtained his bachelor from the University of Plymouth and in 2012 he completed his postgraduate degree in the University of Greenwich. His travels and frequent relocation lead to an awareness of the ‘sense of belonging’. The ever more homogeneous way of design and construction has led to architecture ignoring the most intrinsic and intimate characteristics of a region or society. When exploring the ‘sense of belonging’, an architect most continuously expand his ideas and awareness, while taking advantage of the local materials and construction techniques at his disposal. Thus, approaching each project individually and with passion.
Georgios Andrianos
Georgios Andrianos is an Electrical Engineer & Computer Engineer AUTH. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). Among other things, he is the founder of ANDRIANOS – World Leading Energy Saving Technologies, which operates in Greece, Cyprus, Italy, amongst other countries abroad, and holds a leading position in the field of Energy Saving in Building Facilities. From early in his career, his main concern was, and still is, to design and implement projects centered on sustainable development and driven by environmental protection and sustainability. He has implemented hundreds of projects in buildings of all kinds, with high energy efficiency, achieving in the majority of them zero or near zero energy and carbon footprint, ZEB or nZEB buildings. He has a vast experience in heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water production technologies, smart control and building automation technologies, as well as optimization according to the building envelope and climate zone of the building.
